This studio is on the 5th floor of Iron Horse Building C so is considered a prime location as it is the same breezeway floor from MaryJane to Winter Park Ski Area. This is true ski-in/ski-out access as the lockers are on this floor and is top access with great viewsof Mary Jane Ski area. Condo has been impeccably finished with granite countertops, new flooring, new furniture, a bathroomremodel, new cabinets, and new built-in murphy bed. This has been an excellent rental and people love the amenities of buildingincluding pool, hot tub, workout room and of course ski-in/ski-out access!
