Mountain cabin getaway with three livable structures. Two of the structures are set up for sleeping. The main structure has a propane, stove and propane heat. It also is two floors with the upper loft area has the ability to sleep at least 6-7 people with the current bed setup. The cabin would be fully furnished as seen in the pictures.The secondary sleeping structure has propane gas fire place. It has a pullout couch and also a futon bed and then a loft area above for sleeping.These structures do not have certificate of occupancy but could be if you work with the county. There's propane hook ups out side of each cabin. No running water, no septic or electricity. There is a generator that will come with the house.If you are looking to have ATVs and outdoor fun on public lands this property is less and mile from Pike National Forest roads and access. There are miles of forest roads that eventually connect to Tarryall Reservoir east of the property 25 minutes. Head further south on Elkhorn road you'll be 40 minutes to Spinney Mountain Reservoir and 11 Mile Reservoir.It's part of the Buffalo community that has access year round to spring for water, and private fishing pond. HOA is on $25 a year and taxes are only approximately $500 a year.
